The Client assumes the flood responsibility around the exactness and truthfulness of the introduced material, in name and / or for account really or of bystanders, and it assures that the same is in his/her legitimate availability, it is not contrary to mandatory norms and it doesn't violate some sign badge, right of intellectual ownership, consequential industrial or other right of bystanders from the international juridical norms or from the customs or from the uses. In every case the introduced material doesn't have to introduce forms and / or contained of pedo-pornographic character, pornographic, obscene, blasphemous or defamatory. The Client is worthwhile and arranges that the material, from him publicly made accessible or privately transmitted, it reenters in his alone and exclusive responsibility. In any case and for any reason Menorca.it, can be held responsible for the content of the aforesaid material as well as, to mere title of example, for possible errors e / o present omissions in the same material, or for possible damages needed in consequence of the use of the material, received, sent away e.mail or in other transmitted way or diffused through the Service. The Client substantially excludes from every responsibility Menorca.it, maintaining Menorca.it uninjured in relationship to every prejudice, loss, damage, responsibility, cost, burden, spent, also included legal expenses, and in relationship to any pretension and / or question and / or action of character of reimbursement and / or to title of indemnification, that has been and / or is able to be advanced, towards Menorca.it, in the whatever center, from third, in relationship to the violation from the Client of the clauses listed in precedence as well as in relationship to the violation from the Client of any obligation assumed by the Client same in virtue of the present conditions. Fermo staying how much foreseen not from the terms and from the conditions Menorca.it not it is responsible of delays, bad operation, suspension and / or interruption, neither I pour the Client neither toward subjects directly or indirectly connected to the Client himself in the disbursement of the service caused from, greater strength or accidental case, tampering or illegitimate interventions to bystanders' work on services or equipments used by Menorca.it, erred use of the service from the Client. The Client also accepts what Menorca.it can suspend the supply of the service to guarantee the interventions of ordinary maintenance and extraordinary and that complained about availability of the service caused by a partial or total interruption of the service of access furnished by other operator of telecommunications.
